"I know there are a lot more important
and serious things going on in our world,
our country, but this just put a smile
on my heart."
Wayne Rainey
Rides Again
This might be the coolest
thing I've ever seen! See-
ing Wayne smile on that
bike and get on the gas is
sweet!
Al Banta
For a second it looked like
he was going to lift the
back wheel off the ground
right before the turn just
like the old days. Incredible
to see him back on a bike
again! A real blast from the
past. Thanks, Wayne!
Adam Wright
Look out, Kevin Schwantz.
He's back!
Gary Ritts
Simply amazing! So cool to
see Wayne ride again after
26 years. Many thanks to
Yamaha, Keith McCarty
and everyone who support-
ed this. I remember Keith
from the Hurricane Hannah
days; seriously badass.
Wayne Nagata
Wow, how cool! I know
there are a lot more im-
portant and serious things
going on in our world, our
country, but this just put a
smile on my heart.
Unless you ride or used
to ride, you can only imag-
ine the joy, fear, excite-
ment that is experienced
when riding a motorcycle,
let alone a race bike on a
racetrack.
A friend of mine and I
met Wayne a few times
when he lived in a neigh-
boring city back in his AMA
SBK days and when he got
picked up by KR and Team
Lucky Strikes. He was
always gracious and very
obligatory. A real good guy.
God bless you, Wayne
Rainey.
Mark Gregory Catano
How amazing was it to
see my hero and champ,
Wayne, ride again? Well
done, Wayne Rainey and
Yamaha. A truly remarkable
achievement. Go Wayne!

Cross-Rutted: You
Meet The Nicest
People…
Absolutely one of the
coolest freakin' stories
you have published in your
many long decades. Thank
you for this! And thanks to
David and Bullet for serving
our country.

H-D Pan America
and Bronx Proto-
types
Harley finally stepping out
of the dark ages? Not a fan
of H-D, but these proto-
types look very interesting.
Still, it looks like the Bronx
would still get smoked by
an early 2000s Honda
Superhawk.
Keith Marlow
I would not call it innova-
tive, but more like turning
in your homework late…
that was due in 1990. Now
let's pour a little gas on the
ground in memory of the
"LiveWire."
