Grant Baylor Wins Muddobber
National Enduro

he wins seem to be getting
easier for Grant Baylor. For
the second time this year, the Tely
Energy Racing KTM rider posted
the fastest time in all six tests.
This time at the Muddobbers
National Enduro in Matthews,
Indiana, October 5-6, where he
topped his brother, Steward, by a
whopping one minute, 27 sec-
onds.
After missing the first two
rounds of the season due to a
shoulder injury, Grant has become
increasingly more dominant.
"Today was pretty awesome,"
said Grant. "The biggest thing
was at the beginning of the year
I was out with an injury, but now
things have been going really
well. It seems like this year I've
figured the enduros out and found
my groove. I'm figuring out how
to carry my speed a lot better and
make up some time. It's been
paying off and I'm happy with how
I've been riding."
With the victory, the Tely Ener-
gy Racing KTM rider stayed math-
ematically in the hunt for the 2019
championship title, although it's
a long shot, as he sits 31 points
behind Steward in the standings
with just two rounds remaining.
"This is probably my favorite
enduro of the series," said Grant.
"I always have a lot of fun here
and the trails are awesome."
Grant started out the day with
a big win in test one. After that
he just put it on cruise control. "I
think I won the first test by about
30 seconds," added Grant. "Then
after that I just kind of started
