Marvin Musquin has never finished off
of the podium, even in a single moto,
at Unadilla, but he didn't have anything
for Roczen. Nobody did. "I always enjoy
ba ling with Kenny," Musquin said. "It's
been 10 years racing together, but I wish
I could've given more of a fight towards
the end, but he was on it. Towards the
end of the moto, I was figh ng a li le bit
with the ruts. But all in all, it was safe, and
it was really, really tough condi ons, and
easy to make mistakes."

said they found improved se ngs during
the off-week, and he's feeling much more
comfortable on his bike following his
third-place finish in the opening moto.
"It's been a nightmare so far!" Barcia
said. "But this was an awesome moto.
I charged so hard and got up here. I felt
so comfortable; I haven't felt like that
all year. I started the season with two
messed-up wrists, wasn't comfortable on
my motorcycle all year, and last week—on
the weekend off—we made humongous
changes; chassis, suspension, engine. You
name it; we've been changing it. We've
been searching, and I think we found it.
That was the best I'd ridden in over a year.
