first "real one," because at COTA
Marquez had crashed out of the
lead.
"I had to stay calm," Miller said.
"I could see how Rins was spinning
the rear, so I bided my time. When I
decided to pass him, I knew I could
gap him, but that Suzuki turns so
well. I tried at turn one and was
keeping the line tight, then I heard
him coming alongside, and I had to
pick up, then choose another kind
of corner."
"I'm really happy. It was a crazy
weekend, but the whole team was
very focused," Marquez said.
Dovizioso had to be happy with
second, and a return to the podium
for the first time in four races. "I
rode a perfect race," he said. "We
achieved the maximum possible,
and the bike is working well. But
Marc is able to push under braking
in a way that we are not able to do."
Third was a thriller, won by Jack
Miller (Pramac Ducati) after shad-
owing Alex Rins's more agile Ecstar

The Czech MotoGP delivered another win for Marc
Marquez. He never really looked close to losing it
