Vemar's Taku off-road helmet offers many of the features of the higher-
tech Vemar VRX-9, but at a lower price. The ECE 22.05/ DOT helmet has a
mid-oval shell shape, which offers a more generous fit front to back and a
snugger fit ear to ear. The shell is constructed of lightweight ABS, and its
base shape can accommodate neck braces. The removable inner liner and
cheekpads are moisture-wicking and anti-microbial. The ventilated Taku
comes in two sizes of outer shells across the six helmet sizes.

STI Tire & Wheels' new Tech 2 Pro D tires were tested and developed
in the grueling conditions of Baja with the help of Team SLR Honda
racers. Based on Tech 2 Pro motocross tires, the Pro D tires are
more off-road focused and feature a stronger and stiffer carcass,
wider tread blocks, and tighter tread-block spacing. The DOT Tech 2
Pro D tires were made to have improved performance on hardpack
terrain and better high-speed stability.
