Racing's Garrett Gerloff raced to his career-first Superbike win on Sunday afternoon. After making a smooth
pass for the lead, Gerloff pulled a gap at the front aboard his YZF
®
-R1, which he maintained all the way
to the checkers. Overall, it was a weekend of celebration for Yamaha as the new 2020 R1M and R1 were
launched to the media and public, "I can't wait to swing a leg over this bike." Commented Gerloff.
