KENDA AMA NATIONAL ENDURO CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES
Overall, it was a productive day for Steward Baylor Jr.
Not only did he win the enduro, he gained big points in the
championship. With his nearest rival, Bobbitt, having an off-
day, Baylor was able to open up a sizeable lead in the cham-
pionship. He now has a 23-point lead over Bobbitt, 110-87,
but it's still close throughout the top 10. Smith is nine points
in back of Bobbitt in third and is just seven points ahead of
fourth-place Grant Baylor. Barnes holds down fifth, nine
points behind Baylor and only one point ahead of Draper and
two points ahead of Witkowski. Barnes and Draper are also
battling it out for the NE Pro2-class championship. CN
Round-one winner Russell Bobbitt lost ground to championship leader Steward Baylor.
