Robert Wins Again At Las Vegas WORCS Taylor Robert increased his win streak to five in the Rocky Moun- tain ATV-MC WORCS Series, Presented by Polaris RZR and Dirt Bike, Pro Motorcycle class. He scored the overall at The Orleans Arena in Las Vegas, April 14, beating out his nearest rivals Zach Bell and Dante Oliveira. If there is one word that best describes The Orleans round it's "unique." While many of the WORCS races are held on wide- open desert, off-road and moto- cross circuits, this race features an indoor arena with logs, dirt, tire sections and pavement sec- tions in the parking lots. What really made the differ- ence, though, was a special rock section created just for the Pro racers. The tight and techni- cal section made for blind turns and forced competitors to stay smooth and consistent. Those that did were rewarded. Those that didn't, struggled. Robert took a slow and consis- tent approach on his FMF KTM for the first few laps before catch- ing leader Oliveira (FMF/RPM KTM). With Oliveira riding another excellent race, Robert finally made a move a stick and took the lead for good. The victory puts him 23 points ahead of Oliveira in the championship tally. "The track was super slippery at first so I had to be really smart IN THE WIND P38 Taylor Robert captured his fifth consecutive WORCS victory. PHOTOS: HARLEN FOLEY
