Pirelli's new sport-touring Angel GT II tires
have a new tread pattern derived from
World Superbike Intermediate race tires. The
profiles, structures, compounds and tread
pattern on the Angel GT (Gran Turismo) II tire
were all tweaked with the goals to improve
both lean transition and consistency in
holding a line, in addition to improved wet
handling, longer lifespan, and to maximize
the effect of electronic rider aids.
