when you're leading on the first
lap, I was going for it. I saw all
the yellows, and I made a mis-
take. I did slow down, but then I
did jump. Nothing I can do right
now. It doesn't take anything
away from my win, because right
after that, I was definitely looking
back and kind of slowing down,
and I didn't know what to do,
really. And Kenny [Roczen] was
catching me, and he was right
behind me, but I put in a solid
main, and I was really happy
about my riding, so that doesn't

there's also Shane McElrath who
won Anaheim 2 earlier this year.
McElrath injured his back during
press day for the Atlanta Super-

to tough it out at that East/West
Shootout to grab a sixth place, he
reinjured his back a week ago. He
had to get injections in his back just
to make it through practice in Se-
attle and decided it was best to sit
the event out. He'll likely be out for
the rest of Supercross regardless
of the health of his back, though,
since he's sitting on 123 champion-
ship points and would likely point
out of the class with one more solid
points-paying ride, forcing him into
