IN THE WIND P48 UP FRONT WITH THE KTM RALLY TEAM R ed Bull has a four-part docuseries titled Up Front With The KTM Rally Team, where they embed the viewer in the team during the lead-up to the 2019 Dakar Rally, focused on footage from Rally Morocco. KTM looks to defend their 17-straight Dakar wins in 2019, although 2018 World Rally Champion Toby Price has a question mark over his head after crashing while training and breaking his left scaphoid bone, a notori- ously difficult injury to overcome quickly—especially so given the physical demands of the Dakar. CN Episode 1 Episode 2 Episode3 Episode 4 PURVINES RACING TEAM EXPANDS F ollowing a 2018 staffed by a smaller three-man team, the Purvines Racing Yamaha effort will see added personnel in a renewed chase for 2019 championships. Team stalwarts Nick Burson and Axel Pearson return, focusing primarily on the Kenda/SRT AMA Hare & Hound (H&H) National Championship Series where Burson finished a close second last year, while Pearson spent most of the season recuperating from injury. Former AMA Youth H&H champ Tyler Lynn from Utah graduates from the Chidester Transport Rac- ing Yamaha team to the Purvines rig where he'll also be astride a YZ450FX for his second year in the Pro class. The 2019 season will see the Purvines Racing Team doubling in size.
