MOTOCROSS 47TH THOR WINTER OLYMPICS, PRESENT BY PRO CIRCUIT NOVEMBER 18-24, 2018 GATORBACK CYCLE PARK / ALACHUA, FLORIDA P44 Jalek Swoll (Rockstar Energy Husqvarna) won the first SX title of the week in the 250 Pro Sport class, while KTM Orange Brigade rider Haiden Deegan captured two titles, as his dad, Brian, looked on. The younger Deegan out-classed the field in both 85cc (9-18) and 85cc (9-11) Limited divisions. Pierce Brown (TLD KTM) looked good on the SX track, as well. He was able to take titles in the 450 Pro Sport and the 250 A classes and a second place in 450 A. Jarrett Frye (Suzuki) also cap- tured two SX titles in 450 B and Schoolboy 2 (13-17) B/C, while Floridian Colton Eigenmann (Spaceport Cycles Yamaha) did the same, winning two SX titles in both 250 and 450 B Limited classes. Gavin Towers shined in the motocross program, winning three classes: 85cc (12-13), 85cc (12- 13) Limited and Supermini 1 (12-15). (Above) Jalek Swoll was the rider everyone was talking about at the end of the week. He won the 250 Pro Sport and 450 A titles in MX, and the 250 Pro Sport title in supercross. Carter Halpain won a few motos over the week and came home with a class championship in 250cc A (MX). He took second in 450cc A (SX).
