2019 DUCATI MULTISTRADA 1260 ENDURO

ucati's Multistrada has been one of its best
sellers since it was released in its current
form back in 2010, so much so that in 2016
we got the Multistrada Enduro.
Since then, the big bad Italian ADV machine has
remained unchanged, but that's all fixed now with
the news of the Multistrada Enduro 1260 fitted with
the 1262cc motor Desmodromic Variable Timing
system taken from the XDiavel.
Originally, the Enduro had the same 1198cc
motor that debuted on the first edition Ducati
Panigale, however, the new 1262cc will see
horsepower punched out to a claimed 158 horse-
power, six horsepower up from last year although
peak torque—85 percent of which is made below
3500rpm—remains the same at 94 lb-ft at 7500 rpm.
The up and down quickshift-equipped gearbox
gets a shorter first gear to access said torque,
there's a new ride-by-wire throttle and you get the
wonderful six-axis Bosch IMU that houses traction
