Texter would methodically work her way back to second. Once clear of Tanner Dean, she set out after the 2017 AFT Singles cham- pion. At the halfway point, she had the lead, but Carlile was not going quietly. The lead duo were exchanging the lead all around the track and Carlile had the lead back Jesse Janisch (Roof-Systems of Dallas/West Bend Harley- Davidson Yamaha YZ450F), Ryan Wells (Honda/Al Lamb Dallas Honda Honda CRF450R), Tanner Dean (Waters Autobody/D&D Powersports KTM 450 SX-F), Tristan Avery (Ron Ayers/Mr. Sign Honda CRF450R), Max Whale (Don's Kawasaki/Kawasa- ki Motors Kawasaki KX450F) and Kevin Stollings (Roof-Systems of Shayna Texter (92) and Kolby Carlile battled for the win. Carlile, winner Texter and champ Dan Bromley made up the Singles podium.
