BATTLE OF THE BRANDS The Indian Scout FTR750 made up half of the field in the 18-rider AFT Twins main event and swept the top five positions. Five other brands made up the remainder, Harley-Davidson XG750R (4), Kawasaki Ninja 650 (2), Yamaha FZ-07 (1), KTM LC8 (1) and Ducati Monster 821 (1). In the AFT Sin- gles class, Honda CRF450R's made up half the field. Yamaha YZ450F (5), Kawasaki KX450F (2), KTM 450 SX-F (1) and Husqvarna FC 450 (1) filled the starting line up. NO LUCK Briar Bauman had an all-around hard day. He was leading his heat race when his clutch burned up on Briefly... Neither Jared Mees (1) nor Brian Bauman (14) saw the finish line; Mees broke and Bauman ran out of gas while leading.
