Sandro Cortese (Yam) WorldSSP300 WorldSSP300 points leader Ana Carrasco (DS Junior Team) scored 10th for the second race in succession, and in so, doing lost any chance of win- ning the title in Portimao. Scott Deroue (Motoport Kawasaki) was the race winner, from Mika Perez (Kawasaki ParkinGO) and Manuel Gonzalez (Pertamina Al- meria Yamaha). Carrasco leads Deroue by 10 points and Perez by 18 with one round to go. CN Scott Deroue won an action- packed 300 race as Ana Carasco finished 10th again and saw a bunch of points evaporate.
