W H A T Y O U A R E S A Y I N G "There are headlines and there is the open road. The open road is where you'll find us." Chad Reed For Monster Energy Cup That's great! Chad was fast at the Ironman National despite not running MX all year. Top five is possible at the Monster Cup, and I wouldn't be all that surprised to see a podium. This guy won championships on two-strokes while most of his competitors have never even ridden a (full-sized) two-stroke in their lives. Not many athletes have that kind of motivation to keep going after years of competition. This guy loves his sport! Howard Halterman Chad is awesome and brings excitement to the JGR team. Bill Flynn Remember that championship Chad won on yellow? He looks at home. Lorinda Sparling Terry Rymer Interview Harley-Davidson is look- ing to the future. Hopeful- ly, they have taken notice of the British motorcycle industry. Triumph revived, Enfield once again on the world stage. To give Har- ley credit, the Japanese copied their cruisers. Motorcycles are made of various products from various parts of the globe. Harley-Davidson is on the right path to survival. Kevin Parker Well said, Terry Rymer. I con- cur. There are headlines and there is the open road. The open road is where you'll find us. Jose Tejeras I find the belief that freedom is exclusive to those riding Harley- Davidsons a bit puzzling to me. I feel free riding my WR250R anywhere I damn well please. Raul X. Garcia It [freedom] is not exclusive; I have a KTM, several Hondas and a Harley. I agree freedom for all. Mark Ferree Jake Weimer Retires Good luck, Jake! I was always a fan. See you at the races! Sam Mosier He had a great career to be proud of.
