Nichols and Josh Hill (Monster/Yamaha/Fox)
in the second race. In the third and final race,
Stewart topped Nichols and Matt Goerke
(Rockstar/Yamaha Canada).

Maffenbeier (British Colombia). CN
NEW YORK GNCC
CANCELLED
T
he September 15-16 round of the 2018 GNCC Series was
canceled due to wet weather.
The Parts Unlimited Black Sky GNCC was scheduled to be
held in Harpursville but heavy rain during the week leading up
to the race left the area impassable.
According to GNCC Series director Tim Cotter, "In addi-
tion to these adverse local weather conditions, the imminent
weather challenges associated with Hurricane Florence,
which is currently impacting the entire mid-Atlantic region
of the East Coast, have combined to create conditions that
simply won't allow us to conduct the Harpursville event as
scheduled. Racer Productions and the AMA will work togeth-
er to explore rescheduling opportunities, if possible."
The GNCC Series will resume on September 29-30, with
the Rocky Mountain ATV-MC Mason-Dixon GNCC , in Mount
Morris, Pennsylvania. CN
Heavy rain forced the
cancellation of the
Black Sky GNCC in
New York.
Colt Nichols, Stewart and
Matt Goerke filled out the
podium in the final race.
