IN THE WIND P42 TCX ANNOUNCES NEW CEO ANDREA NALESSO P remium motorcycle boot manufacturer TCX recently announced the appointment of Andrea Nalesso as the inter- national company's new CEO. Nalesso brings significant inter- national experience from leading positions in several companies operating in the footwear and sports industry. Since 2013 he served as General Manager for the Equipment and Footwear division of Oberalp Group. Prior to this, he spent five years at Dainese as Director of Sales and Marketing, where he developed a strong passion for motorcycle products. Earlier in his career, Andrea worked at Geox as Direc- tor of Sales EMEA, and before that at Diadora and Dolomite as Area Sales Manager and Direc- tor of the German subsidiary, respectively. In addition to his significant industry experience, Andrea is a passionate motorcyclist and cyclist. "It's great to be back in the motorcycle industry, it's where my heart belongs," Nalesso said. "TCX is a great place to land, the product is superior and the team has welcomed me warm- heartedly. I am happy to face this next challenge with the team and achieve new ambitious goals." "I'm happy to welcome Andrea on board at TCX," says Claus Stenbaek, Chairman of TCX SRL. "I am sure that, driven by a strong passion for motorcycles and thanks to his deep experi- ence in the footwear industry, he will prove more than ca- pable of leading the brand to an enhanced leadership position worldwide." CN tree. "I ended up dropping in too quick, and I crashed pretty hard into a tree, which dropped me back several positions, so I had to battle my way back to get into second place," said La Foun- taine, who finished 28 seconds behind Walton. Pro 2 points leader, Mitch Anderson took third and extend- ed his championship lead to 11 points, heading into the final two rounds. "I'm battling [Clayton] Hengeveld (seventh on the day) and Austin Serpa (fourth) for the title. I beat both of them so that's good for me," said Anderson. In the Pro 2 Lites, it was Victor Guerrero Ruiz (Yamaha) from Spain who took the win in what was his first-ever WORCS race. Ruiz decided to enter the race "for fun" and practice for Endu- roCross for Yamaha 96 Racing Team. Guerrero is currently second in points in the Spanish Enduro Series and fourth in the FIM World Enduro Champion- ship, so he was super happy to come out and get a WORCS win in his debut. "I got a victory. So I am very happy to be here. The race was hard with a lot of dust," said Ruiz. Robby Schott (KTM) was second, followed by Chance Fullerton (Beta). Points leader Spenser Wilton finished back in 17th, which was his first race off the podium this year, but he still has a 27-point lead over Collin Elliott (seventh at Glen Helen) heading into the final two rounds.
