Rider Down
Monster Energy Honda suffered a blow
on day one of the Desafio Ruta 40 rally
when rider Kevin Benavides endured a
bad crash and was forced to withdraw
from the race. The Argentine racer was
tied for the lead in the FIM Cross Country
Rallies World Championship, but now
looks unlikely to finish out the series. We
wish him a full and speedy recovery.
