son fourth. Tomac, meanwhile,
worked his way into fifth after
running about 15th off the start.
Late in the moto, Roczen
came under pressure from Mus-
quin, but a mistake for Musquin
when the pair got the two-to-go
sign gave Roczen some breath-
ing room and caused Musquin
to save whatever he had left for
moto two. Roczen ended up
winning the moto over Musquin,
while Tomac ended up third after
it took him five laps to get around
Barcia through the middle of
the moto. Anderson and Blake
Baggett (Rocky Mountain ATV-

five, both passing Barcia in the
closing laps. Barcia was sixth.
make up 21 points on Tomac to
take the title in Indiana. It defi-

lost 35 points to Musquin at
RedBud just over a month ago,

At worst, an unlikely 6-6 score

And chances are pretty good
that the Aaron Plessinger who
shows up at the series finale
next weekend in Indiana will be
very hard to beat, once he has
the week to soak up what he's
accomplished.
But Eli Tomac (Monster Ener-
gy Kawasaki) is going to have to
wait a week to officially wrap up
his first-ever title defense, and
Marvin Musquin (Red Bull KTM)
is not out of it yet. If not for a big
crash on Tuesday before Budds
Creek, it's entirely possible that
Musquin could've won at Budds
Creek, after leading both motos.
Instead, after losing five points to
Tomac at Budds, Musquin has to
Eli Tomac did it again.
Just when you think
he's too far back to win,
he proves everybody
wrong. He came from

the overall victory.
