Cory Texter seemed to be on
cruise control and headed for
his first podium of the year, but
current class points leader Dan
Bromley (KTM North America/
Bromley Motorsports, KTM 450
SX-F) was charging up from a
seventh-place start and passed
Cory on the last lap. Texter's
fourth was still his best result of
2018.
Morgen Mischler (Cycle Ya-
maha Rohde's Sales & Service/
Mischler's Harley-Davidson-
BMW, Yamaha YZ450F) was
one of several riders trying to
overcome poor starts. Mischler
came from tenth to pass Lehm-
ann on the last lap for fifth.
