IN THE WIND P34 WILSON/ANDERSON INJURY UPDATES D ean Wilson says that his injured knee, which he suffered while practicing for the Glen Helen round of the Lucas Oil AMA Pro Motocross Championship, is healing quicker than expected. He revealed on Instagram: "Update: Howdy folks!! A lot of people been asking me when I'll be back and how my recovery is going... Well I'm 10 weeks post-op and I have been feeling really good. Last time I got a hamstring graft but this time I got a cadaver, which I have never had before and I have been feeling awesome. My last Dr apt with @ocs- portsdoc he said I was way ahead of schedule. I have been cycling 6 days a week, therapy 3 days a week with @gios- portztherapy and gym 3 days a week with @tylarattray ... All is good and I'm feeling really good. Hoping to be back on the bike by the end of September. Doing all I can at the moment and thank you everyone who still backs me. I will be back." His Rockstar Energy Husqvarna teammate Jason Anderson has also been signaling a return to racing on his Instagram account, though not as descriptive as Wilson. An August 1 post of a short video simply said, "Back on it." Another post dated August 4 read, "Got some much needed redemption on Glen Helen Thursdays." Ander- son has yet to announce an official return to the Pro Motocross Championship. CN Dean Wilson says his knee injury is coming along well. BOGLE TO MISS REST OF MX SEASON E ver since Justin Bogle's return to racing from injury at Southwick, he's been struggling with numbness with his arm and hand, which he recently found out was caused by the "ulnar nerve being trapped in scar tissue," he said via Instagram. "This is why my hand hasn't been working well after a few laps, making it hard to hold on and keep my pace." Bogle broke the humerus bone in his arm at the San Diego Supercross. Originally, Bogle planned to stick it out for the rest of the outdoor season but instead underwent surgery, Monday, August 6, to repair the problem. The team reported that Bogle will now miss the remainder of the outdoor season. Bogle joined the 2018 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Cham- pionship at round six at Southwick, and despite garnering a number of holeshots, his best moto finish so far has been 12th. CN Justin Bogle underwent surgery on Monday, August 6, to repair a nerve issue in his arm and will sit out the rest of the outdoor MX season.
